We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.

Returns and refunds

If you receive an order with the incorrect fabric or it’s faulty please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The faulty or incorrect order must be sent back to Comfy Co with 7 days of notifying us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you would prefer a replacement, we will endeavour to remake your order within 2 weeks. We will not accept items that have been used or washed. We will NOT offer a refund for items that have faded due to washing or general wear & tear.

Gift Cards are non-returnable.
